What Do I Wear?
Most people wear casual weekend attire. Jeans are just fine as are shorts.
It's Sunday. I'm here. What do I do now?
Enter the sanctuary through the lobby and pick up a program on your way in from a greeter. The cover of the program features representatives of the real Turlock Grace -- the smiling faces of some of its people; in fact, it's different every week. The program will tell you all about our church. Inside will be a space for message notes so you can follow along with the teaching.
No offerings will ever be taken at TG, but there are boxes on the back wall of the sanctuary to receive gifts for those who feel led to give.
Before leaving, please complete the information card given to you before the service. This is our way of communicating with you and your way of telling us how much follow-up communication you would like. We will never single you out during a service. This card is simply our way of getting to know you better. You can complete as much information as you feel comfortable and give it to an usher or greeter. In exchange, we may send you a little more information about the church if requested but will send a card just to say thanks for being our guest.
Enjoy the service. Participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing. We'll let you know if we are about to stand or sit down, so just hang back and check us out. And, by the way, it's okay to laugh at the jokes or videos.
Check out the Information area in the lobby after the service. At the Information area, you'll find printed information about our church, previous service DVD's, CD's and recommended resources. Plus, a friend will be nearby to happily let you "just look around" or answer any questions you may have.

What's with those funny looking words on the contact page?
So we can tell you are a human, naturally. If you show us you're a human your message will be emailed directly to Kendall or whichever one of us you choose. You could always call the church directly at 209.634.8551
Unfortunately, in this day and age we have to protect ourselves from spam. By forcing you (a human) to fill out those words we can send your message straight to one of us (more humans). Without those funny words our mailboxes would be full of even more spam and make it harder for us to find the real messages.
Computers (not humans) have a really hard time reading words like those. They're called captcha's and it's supposed to be easy for humans to read them. If the words aren't easy for you to read, use the refresh button
to get a new set of words.
We use a captcha called recaptcha and by typing in those words you're actually helping digitize books. You can read all about it on their site.
